Sales Desk Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the internal Afterpath Sales Desk handles team accounts, prospect records, communications, integrations, and activity history.

Last updated July 28, 2026

Who operates this system

Afterpath, LLC operates the Sales Desk at crm.getafterpath.com. It is an internal customer relationship management and outreach system for authorized Afterpath team members.

Information in the Sales Desk

  • Team accounts: Name, work email, role, profile details, authentication records, and security activity.
  • Prospect and customer records: Contact and company details, public professional information, qualification fields, lifecycle stage, source, owner, tasks, notes, and forecast data.
  • Communications: Email and SMS content, delivery status, replies, call notes, voice-note transcripts, and related activity history.
  • Audit records: Who created, changed, moved, archived, restored, or permanently deleted CRM records.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser details, request timestamps, error logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the system.

How information is used

  • Manage sales relationships, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
  • Send and receive authorized business communications.
  • Prevent duplicate records and preserve a reliable activity history.
  • Apply role permissions, rate limits, suppression rules, and security controls.
  • Investigate errors, delivery problems, suspected misuse, and data-quality issues.

Service providers and integrations

Information reaches a provider only when its related feature is configured and used. Current integrations can include:

  • Vercel: Application hosting and request delivery.
  • Neon: CRM database and audit data storage.
  • Google Workspace: Connected Gmail mailboxes, message synchronization, and Calendar availability.
  • Slack: Authorized CRM intake and operational notifications.
  • Resend: Transactional or configured outbound email delivery.
  • Telnyx or Twilio: SMS delivery when SMS is enabled.
  • Clay or MoltSets: Contact research and enrichment when an authorized user requests it.
  • OpenAI: Recorded call audio is sent for transcription only when a user chooses recorded-audio transcription. Browser speech recognition may be used instead when supported. The Sales Desk does not persist the source audio after the transcription request. A transcript enters the CRM only when the user reviews and logs the call.
  • Anthropic:The secure CRM connector can process actions initiated by an authorized Claude user under that user's CRM role.

Cookies and browser storage

This domain uses essential session, security, region, and display preference storage. It does not load Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tags. See the Cookie Notice for the current list.

Access, retention, and deletion

Access is limited by authenticated role. SDR users receive operational access needed for pipeline work, while administrative actions remain restricted. Deleted contacts move to an admin-visible deleted area so the audit history remains available before permanent deletion.

Records are kept while they support an active business relationship, legal obligation, deliverability requirement, suppression rule, security investigation, or documented operational need. An authorized administrator can correct, export, archive, restore, or permanently delete records subject to those obligations.

Your choices and contact

A person whose information appears in the CRM may request access, correction, deletion, or communication suppression by contacting privacy@afterpath.life. Applicable law and recordkeeping obligations may limit some requests.

The public Afterpath privacy policy is available at afterpath.life/privacy-policy.
